Why older entrepreneurs can help change the world

Recently my business partner, Carole Railton, was asked to promote the AAL Challenges award, the Smart Aging Prize. AAL stands for Ambient Assistant Living.
Making this video was a chance for Behavioural Shift to show why it’s important for older people to become entrepreneurs and why they have the knowledge and experience to change the world. This is especially true for older women who are often more marginalised from the workforce than men.
